How We Started
Born from a real problem in Muzaffarpur.
When our founder tried to find a reliable agent to rent
out a commercial property in Muzaffarpur, he encountered
agents with no professionalism, no documentation and no
accountability whatsoever.
Meetings were cancelled. Properties were misrepresented.
No contracts. No follow-up. No protection for anyone.
That experience became the foundation of Trinetra Estates.
We set out to build the most professional, transparent and
trustworthy real estate advisory in North Bihar.
Today we combine RERA registration, professional DSLR
photography, verified listings and signed brokerage
agreements on every single deal — giving every client
an experience they can genuinely trust.
